Refund Policy

This policy explains the money-back commitment for Ledgerlyworks subscriptions and the process used for an eligible refund.

Our guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. This commitment is intended to make the monthly subscription easy to evaluate without creating a complicated exit process.

Eligibility

A refund request may be made within 30 days of the payment being refunded. The policy applies to subscription payments and is not conditioned on proving a defect or giving a reason. If a production billing provider imposes a technical processing delay, the original-payment-method requirement still applies while the provider completes the return.

Trial period

Payment is charged at checkout. For refund requests, please contact support. Because there is a payment during the trial, there is no trial payment to refund. If a production system later changes the trial mechanics, the checkout language and billing terms should be updated before launch.

How cancellation relates to refunds

Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Cancellation is intended to stop future automatic renewal, while a refund returns an eligible prior payment. This checkout charges the amount shown today. Contact support for future billing or cancellation. A production account page should make both actions easy to understand.

Secure checkout

This Cloudflare Pages project contains a secure checkout and does not charge payment cards, PayPal accounts, or Apple Pay. Any order completed in the demo creates an on-page success state and clears the local cart. It does not create a live financial transaction.

Processing timeline

Once an eligible refund is approved in a production billing system, the refund is returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Bank or card issuers can affect when the credit appears after the provider submits it.

Record keeping

Refund requests should identify the subscription email and relevant payment date in a production support channel. Do not send card numbers or authentication credentials in ordinary email or contact forms.
